Assembled units
Assembled units carry a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn’t cover damage from reversed power, modification, or misuse.
DIY kits
Missing or defective parts are replaced free of charge. Once a kit has been soldered it can’t be returned. We’re happy to help troubleshoot a build over email.
Returns
Assembled units and unsoldered kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or wasn’t what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return.
